Ingredients

  • 2 - pita breads.
  • 1/4 cup - chopped onion.
  • 3/4 cup - thinly sliced roasted Chicken.
  • 1/4 cup - sprouts (optional).
  • 1 cup - thick yoghurt.
  • 1/4 cup - finely chopped cucumber.
  • 1/4 - finely chopped capsicum.
  • 1/4 cup - chopped tomatoes.
  • 1 tsp - Garlic powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - dried oregano.
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder.
  • 1/4 tsp - salt as per taste.
  • 1/4 cup - finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • 1 - green chillies, chopped finely.

How to Make Plain Pita Bread Sandwich

  • Mix all the ingredients except the bread.
  • Cut the pita breads into two halves.
  • Carefully scoop out some bread from each half to make a pocket.
  • Fill the mixture into all 4 pockets evenly.
  • Wrap the stuffed breads in a foil. Bake at 350 F for 15 mins.
  • Serve with cheese dip and sliced tomatoes.
