Ingredients

  • 1 cup - poha.
  • 1 - potato.
  • 2 tbsp - semolina (sooji).
  • 2 - bread slices.
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped.
  • Red Chilli powder.
  • salt to taste.
  • Lemon juice.
  • Turmeric powder.
  • garam masala.
  • fresh Coriander leaves (chopped).
  • oil for deep fry.

How to Make Plain Poha cutlets

  • Wash the poha in running water and take it in a bowl.
  • Add water to it until it becomes soft and then mash it.
  • Mash the boiled potato and crush the bread slice in it.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to it and keep it aside for a little bit.
  • Make small balls and flatten them.
  • Coat it in sooji and deep fry it on medium high flame.
