  • 1 cup - poha.
  • 1 - potato.
  • 2 tbsp - semolina (sooji).
  • 2 - bread slices.
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped.
  • Red Chilli powder.
  • salt to taste.
  • Lemon juice.
  • Turmeric powder.
  • garam masala.
  • fresh Coriander leaves (chopped).
  • oil for deep fry.
  • How to Make Plain Poha cutlets:

    1. Wash the poha in running water and take it in a bowl.
    2. Add water to it until it becomes soft and then mash it.
    3. Mash the boiled potato and crush the bread slice in it.
    4. Add the rest of the ingredients to it and keep it aside for a little bit.
    5. Make small balls and flatten them.
    6. Coat it in sooji and deep fry it on medium high flame.
