Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Poha ( Beaten Rice ).
  • 1 - potato.
  • 1 - onion.
  • 4 - green chillies.
  • 2 tbsp - coriander.
  • 1 tsp - cumin seed.
  • Salt to taste.
  • oil - for deep frying.

How to Make Plain Poha Vada

  • Wash the poha, drain and leave it aside.
  • Boil the potato and mash it.
  • Add the mashed potato, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, salt and cumin seeds to the poha.
  • Mix all the ingredients and make balls out of the mix and flatten.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry them till golden brown.
