Ingredients

  • 4- potatoes.
  • 2- eggs, beaten.
  • salt.
  • 1 cup- dry bread crumbs.
  • 1 tsp -pepper powder.
  • 1 cup- plain flour.
  • 6 cups -water|.
  • How to Make Plain Potato Dumplings:

    1. Boil the unpeeled potatoes till tender (approx. 15 mins).
    2. Peel it and mash with potato smasher.
    3. Add all the remaining ingredients except salt and water.
    4. Make a dough of the mixture, soft.
    5. Make round balls of dough approx. 1.5 inch.
    6. Boil water and salt.
    7. Add potato dumplings.
    8. Let it cook till they float, approx. 10 mins.
    9. Drain.
    10. Serve hot.
