Ingredients

  • For topping:
  • Onion - 1.
  • Capsicum - 1.
  • Tomato paste - 3 tbsp.
  • Cheese - 1 tsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp| For Pizza:
  • Potato - 1/2 kg.
  • pepper - 2 tsp.
  • White sesame seeds - 2 tsp.
  • Cream - 2 tbsp.
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp.
  • Egg - 1.
  • Cheese - 2 tbsp.
  • Margarine - 2 tbsp.
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Plain Potato Pizza

  • For tomato paste:
  • Blanch 2 big tomatoes and mash it with one clove and a little sugar.
  • Saute onion, capsicum and the tomato paste in a little oil. Keep aside.
  • For pizza:
  • Boil the potato and mash it well.
  • Add pepper, salt, coriander leaves, sesame seeds and margarine to it.
  • Take a round dish and grease it with a little oil.
  • Put the mashed potato on it, spread into a circle.
  • Top with onion-capsicum topping and cheese.
  • Bake it in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 degrees celsius.
  • Serve.
