Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder.
  • 1 - Green chilli chopped.
  • coriander leaves.
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds, baked and ground.
  • 1 - large Potato boiled.
  • 2 cups - dahi/yogurt.
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped.
  • salt.

How to Make Plain Potato Raitha

  • Peel the boiled potato and chop it. Mix salt, pepper powder, and cumin seeds with yogurt and whip well.
  • Add chopped potato, onion and mix well.
  • Sprinkle chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
  • Serve with parathas.
