Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder.
  • 1 - Green chilli chopped.
  • coriander leaves.
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds, baked and ground.
  • 1 - large Potato boiled.
  • 2 cups - dahi/yogurt.
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped.
  • salt.
  • How to Make Plain Potato Raitha:

    1. Peel the boiled potato and chop it. Mix salt, pepper powder, and cumin seeds with yogurt and whip well.
    2. Add chopped potato, onion and mix well.
    3. Sprinkle chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
    4. Serve with parathas.
