  • Maida -1 cup.
  • Fine Rawa - 1/2 cup.
  • oil - 4 tsp.
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp| For Masala:
  • Potatoes - 1/2 kg.
  • Finely cut Onions - 3 tbsp.
  • Chopped Coriander leaves - 2 tsp.
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp.
  • Green chillies -3.
  • Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp.
  • Red Chilli Powder-1 tbsp.
  • Salt to taste.
  • oil for frying.
  • How to Make Plain Potato Rolls:

    1. Mix maida, rawa, oil and salt in a basin and make a smooth dough.
    2. Cook the potatoes, mash coarsely, add the other ingredients for masala and mix well.
    3. Make medium sized balls from dough, roll out like chapattis and place the filling lengthwise, at one corner leaving a little gap behind, then gently roll from that corner to other end.
    4. Seal with maida paste at end and sides of the roll, and deep fry till crisp and golden brown.
    5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
