Ingredients

  • 8 - medium sized potatoes, peeled.
  • 4.5 tsp - chat masala.
  • Salt - to taste| For Paste:
  • 20 to 30 - fresh Mint leaves.
  • 3 tbsp - finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.
  • 3 to 4 - green chillies.
  • 1-inch piece - fresh ginger, peeled.
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice.

How to Make Plain Potato Snack

  • Boil the potatoes, drain and cool, then dice.
  • Blend the ingredients for the paste in a blender or food processor with a little water and add the chat masala.
  • Season with salt and mix thoroughly.
  • Add to the potatoes and mix in.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Chill and serve cold with cocktail sticks.
