How to Make Plain Prawn Curry

  • Grind the coconut, chillies, tamarind, turmeric and coriander seeds and keep it aside. Add a little water when you grind.
  • Fry the chopped onion in a little oil.
  • When it is browned, add the ground masala and fry for some time.
  • Next add the prawns, salt and green chillies and some water.
  • Cook until the prawns are done.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
