Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - prawns, deveined and chopped finely.
  • 3-4 green chillies, chopped finely.
  • 1/4 tsp - Ginger paste.
  • 1/4 tsp - Garlic paste.
  • 2 - eggs, beaten.
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely.
  • 1/4 cup - chopped coriander leaves.
  • 3 tbsp - gram flour.
  • 1 tbsp -rice flour.
  • 1/2 tbsp -corn flour.
  • 1 tbsp - plain flour.
  • Salt to taste.
  • pepper - As per need.
  • oil for deep frying.
  • 2 tbsp - water.
  • How to Make Plain Prawn Fritters:

    1. Mix all the ingredients except prawns.
    2. Make a dough of pakora consistency.
    3. Fold in the prawns.
    4. Heat oil in a pan.
    5. Deep fry the prawn balls (one ball =1 tbsp of mixture) till golden brown.
    6. Serve hot.
