Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - fresh cleaned medium sized prawns.
  • Salt.
  • 2 tsps -red chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tsp -turmeric.
  • 1.5 tsps - garam masala powder.
  • 1.5 tsps - dhania powder.
  • 2 tsps -ginger(paste).
  • 2 tsps -garlic(paste).
  • 3 tsps - oil.

How to Make Plain Prawn Fry

  • Wash the cleaned prawns with some water and drain all the water.
  • Take a glass bowl and mix salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, dhania powder, ginger and garlic paste and the oil also.
  • Mix them well so that it is made into a smooth paste.
  • Put the prawns into the marinate and set aside for some time.
  • Take a non-stick frying pan, heat it and put the marinated prawns into the pan.
  • Cook till done.
