  • 1/2 kg - fresh cleaned medium sized prawns.
  • Salt.
  • 2 tsps -red chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tsp -turmeric.
  • 1.5 tsps - Garam Masala powder.
  • 1.5 tsps - Dhania powder.
  • 2 tsps -ginger(paste).
  • 2 tsps -garlic(paste).
  • 3 tsps - oil.
  • How to Make Plain Prawn Fry:

    1. Wash the cleaned prawns with some water and drain all the water.
    2. Take a glass bowl and mix salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, dhania powder, ginger and garlic paste and the oil also.
    3. Mix them well so that it is made into a smooth paste.
    4. Put the prawns into the marinate and set aside for some time.
    5. Take a non-stick frying pan, heat it and put the marinated prawns into the pan.
    6. Cook till done.
