Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - large Prawns (cleaned and marinated with chilli and salt).
  • 1 cup - moong dal (soaked and ground into a smooth paste).
  • 2-3 - green chillies.
  • 2 medium sized - onions.
  • 1 tbsp - besan.
  • 1 tbsp - Corn flour.
  • oil - 4 tbsp.
  • Salt - as per taste.

How to Make Plain Prawn Pakoda

  • Mix besan, salt and corn flour into the moong dal paste.
  • Add thinly sliced onions and chopped green chillies into the batter.
  • Now take the marinated prawns and dip them one by one into the batter and deep fry.
  • You can serve it with tomato sauce.
