  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Rava - 5 cups
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mint
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Black salt - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Tamarind - small one
  • Panipuri powder - 2 tsp

How to Make Plain Puri for Pani Puri

  • Mix all the flours well and sieve.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients, mix well.
  • Make a well and add water to combine the flours and make a dough. Knead to a firm dough.
  • Make extremely small balls and roll them with a rolling pin to about 3-4 cms diameter circles.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and add the puris.
  • Cook till they puff up. Remove and drain.
