Ingredients

  • 1 cup - rava
  • 1 cup - Ragi flour
  • 5 cups - water
  • How to Make Plain Ragi Mudde:

    1. Heat 3 cups of water. Pour the rava into it.
    2. Stir well so that there are no lumps.
    3. Boil the rava till it is soft for about 4-5 mins.
    4. In a bowl, mix ragi flour with the rest of the water.
    5. Ensure that there are no lumps and gently pour this mixture into Boiled rava and water.
    6. Keep stirring till the consistency of a thick paste is reached.
    7. Keep the consistency a little bit more watery than traditional mudde.
    8. Serve it hot with ghee and sambar.
