Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - Refined flour
  • 1/2 cup - crumbled Paneer
  • 1/2 kg - Sugar
  • 1 litre - water
  • 5 - Cardamom
  • 3 drops - vanilla essence.
  • How to Make Plain Rasgulla:

    1. Knead together flour and paneer to make a soft dough.
    2. Prepare small balls from this dough and put cardamom seeds on them.
    3. Boil the sugar in water in a big vessel.
    4. Add vanilla essence and put the balls in to it.
    5. Put a lid and cook on a low flame for 8-10 minutes.
    6. Remove the lid and cook for some more time. Let it cool.
    7. Rasgulla are ready to serve.
