  • 1 cup - Rice flour
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 1/2 cup - Onions
  • 1 tsp - salt 1 tsp
  • 1/2 cup - coriander leaves, finely cut
  • 2-3 - green peppers, finely chopped
  • How to Make Plain Rice Roti:

    1. Put the rice flour in a vessel, add chopped onions, jeera, green peppers, salt and coriander leaves.
    2. Mix them well.
    3. Now add water, in little quantities to make a dough.
    4. Once the dough is prepared make balls and place them aside.
    5. Now take a pan, put a little oil on the surface and then take the ball and pat it on the pan to make it round.
    6. Pat it well so that it gets a nice thin layer.
    7. Make hole at four places in the centre.
    8. Now put oil on all sides and in the hole so that the oil can seep in to make it nice and crisp on all sides.
    9. After putting oil, close a lid on top of the pan and cook it on medium heat.
    10. Keep checking to avoid it getting burnt.
    11. When it becomes golden brown remove it and serve hot with pickles or chutney.
