Ingredients

  • 250 g - ridge gourd
  • 1/2 - Coconut
  • 5 - green chillies
  • 100 g - white til
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Plain Ridge gourd Chutney

  • Scrape the skin of the ridge gourd and roast them with a pinch of oil.
  • Cut 1/2 a fresh coconut into small pieces.
  • Roast white til and grind separately.
  • Add everything together, along with 5 green chillies and grind with a little water.
  • Serve as chutney.
