Ingredients

  • 250 g - Ridge gourd
  • 1/2 - Coconut
  • 5 - Green chillies
  • 100 g - white til
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Plain Ridge gourd Chutney:

    1. Scrape the skin of the ridge gourd and roast them with a pinch of oil.
    2. Cut 1/2 a fresh coconut into small pieces.
    3. Roast white til and grind separately.
    4. Add everything together, along with 5 green chillies and grind with a little water.
    5. Serve as chutney.
