  • 8 - Large, square thick bread slices
  • 6 .5" thick x 2 -3 " long - Sausages
  • 1/2 cup - Ketchup
  • 8 - Cheese single slices
  • 1 - Egg, beaten
  • 2 cups - Bread crumbs
  • Oil to deep-fry
  • How to Make Plain Sausage bread rolls:

    1. Remove the edges from the bread slices.
    2. Prepare each slice separately.
    3. Slowly immerse a slice in water and squeeze out the water between the palms.
    4. Place it on a flat surface.
    5. Add 1 tsp sauce on it.
    6. Place 1 cheese slice on it.
    7. Now add a sausage on the centre of the slice.
    8. Roll the bread over the sausage.
    9. Gently press and seal the bread at the ends to form a roll.
    10. Place the rolls in the fridge and set for 10 minutes.
    11. Heat oil to deep fry.
    12. Now dip the rolls in the beaten egg, and then the bread crumbs.
    13. Deep fry until golden brown.
    14. Serve with sauce.
