Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves
  • 1/4 bunch - mint leaves
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 2 tbsps - lightly roasted sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1/4 inch piece - ginger
  • 1 - small onion chopped
  • salt to taste
  • fresh lime juice to taste
  • 1 tsp - tamarind, soaked in hot water

How to Make Plain Sesame Green Chutney

  • Grind all ingredients very finely in a blender.
  • Add a little water and lime juice during the grinding process.
