Ingredients

  • Small Shrimp - 1 pack
  • Tomatoes - 3
  • Onions - 2
  • Oil - for fry
  • Fennel seed (Saunf) / Aniseed - 1tsp
  • salt - 1tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 or 2 tbsp
  • How to Make Plain Shrimp Masala:

    1. Clean the shrimp keep aside.
    2. Cut the tomatoes and onions.
    3. In a pan, heat the oil and add fennel seeds.
    4. Add tomatoes and onion and fry for few minutes.
    5. Add the shrimp and fry well until shrimp is half cooked.
    6. Add salt, chilli powder and fry till the shrimp is fully cooked.
    7. Quantity of salt and chilli powder can vary according to taste.
