Ingredients

  • 4 - dessert apples
  • 1 - fresh Pear (optional)
  • 1 - Orange
  • 1 - medium sized Capsicum
  • 4 - Carrots
  • 4 - sticks Celery
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • a few Raisins
  • How to Make Plain Slimmer Salad (Low Cal food):

    1. Chop the fruits coarsely.
    2. Grate the vegetables.
    3. Mix in a bowl and put to chill.
    4. Add curd dressing, if required.
    5. Serve as a cold accompaniment.
