Ingredients

  • 500 g - boneless Chicken
  • 1/2 cup - soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Green chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • freshly grounded pepper (optional)

How to Make Plain Soya chicken

  • Wash, cut the boneless chicken into pieces and put them in a bowl.
  • Add soya sauce, green chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
  • Grind a few peppercorns if you like it spicy.
  • Mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the marinated chicken and stir for a couple of minutes.
  • Add a cup of water and boil with lid on till the chicken is mostly cooked.
  • Remove the lid and continue cooking till the chicken becomes semi-dry.
  • Serve with bread.
