Ingredients

  • 2 cubes or 50 g - Soya tofu, grated
  • 25 g - Gram flour
  • 2 tsp - White flour
  • 40 g - Sugar
  • 3 - Walnuts- powdered
  • 1/2 tsp - Sweet Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - Ghee / Soya Oil

How to Make Plain Soya Gram Flour Burfi

  • Dry roast the gram flour in a thick bottom pan in ghee or soya oil.
  • Now mix this with the grated tofu in a glass bowl.
  • Grind this with the remaining ingredients in a blender.
  • Grease a plate with some ghee and spread the mixture on it.
  • Flatten the mixture and cut into burfis.
