  • Egg 8
  • Peas boiled -100gm
  • Carrot grated and steamed - 100gm
  • Cabbage grated and steamed - 100gm
  • Onion chopped - 100gm
  • Green chillies chopped 4
  • Tomato chopped - 50gm
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Plain Spanish Omelette

  • Whip egg.
  • Add salt and vegetables.
  • Heat oil in a tawa.
  • Pour mixture and spread.
  • Cover with a lid.
  • Cook about three minutes in medium flame or under side is brown colour.
  • Turn over and cook for one minute.
  • Serve hot with bread toast.
