Ingredients

  • 12 - fresh button mushrooms, medium size
  • 50 g - grated cheese
  • 50 g - ham
  • 2 tbsp - coriander leaves
  • 3 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 10 - 12 tbsp - breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper

How to Make Plain Stuffed Mushrooms

  • Wash mushrooms thoroughly, remove and chop the stalks together.
  • Mix cheese, egg, salt and pepper. Add chopped ham mixture and mix well.
  • Place the mushroom caps in a shallow dish and fill them with ham-cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs on the filling.
  • Place the dish on the rotating plate and cook on combination grill mode. Microwave for 4-5 minutes.
  • Serve hot with potato fingers.
