Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 100 g
  • French beans - 100 g
  • Carrot - 100 g
  • Cabbage - 100 g
  • Capsicum - 100 g
  • Onion - 100 g
  • jinomoto - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Green chillies- 3-4
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce- 2 tbsp
  • For sauce:
  • Brown Vinegar - 3/4 cup
  • Sugar - 3/4cup.
  • How to Make Plain Sweet and Sour Vegetables:

    1. Cut the beans into 1 inch pieces, slice the carrots and the onion.
    2. Cut the cabbage and capsicum into big pieces. Add to the brown vinegar, sugar in a vessel, mix well and then boil it.
    3. Meanwhile, heat oil in vessel, add all the vegetables, ajinomoto and cook on a high flame for 3-4 mins.
    4. Add the sauce, salt and cook for 2 mins.
    5. Serve with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
