How to Make Plain Sweet and Sour Vegetables

  • Cut the beans into 1 inch pieces, slice the carrots and the onion.
  • Cut the cabbage and capsicum into big pieces. Add to the brown vinegar, sugar in a vessel, mix well and then boil it.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in vessel, add all the vegetables, ajinomoto and cook on a high flame for 3-4 mins.
  • Add the sauce, salt and cook for 2 mins.
  • Serve with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
