How to Make Plantain bajji

  • Prepare batter with the above ingredients (Except plantain slices and oil), into a medium-thick batter.
  • Drain out all water from the plantain slices, dip each slice in batter and deep fry till light golden in colour (under medium heat).
  • Serve as evening snack along with hot tea.
