Ingredients

  • 500 g - ripe plum.
  • 500 g - sugar.
  • Juice - 3 lemons.

How to Make Plum Preserve

  • Wash and wipe the plums, and boil them in a pan along with sugar.
  • Remove the skin and cook on low fire till the plums are soft.
  • Keep stirring so that the contents do not stick to the bottom of the pan.
  • Remove the seeds and add the lemon juice.
  • Mix and cook for 1 more minute.
  • Store in sterilized bottles.
