Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 cups - tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup - chopped celery
  • 1 - green chillies chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste

How to Make Poached Egg

  • In a saucepan, bring tomato juice to boil.
  • Break eggs and put in the juice.
  • Let it cook till required consistency.
  • Add celery, salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 2-3 mins. more . Serve hot.
