Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 cups - Tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Celery
  • 1 - Green chillies chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • How to Make Poached Egg:

    1. In a saucepan, bring tomato juice to boil.
    2. Break eggs and put in the juice.
    3. Let it cook till required consistency.
    4. Add celery, salt and pepper.
    5. Cook for 2-3 mins. more . Serve hot.
