Ingredients

  • 4 bunches - Mint leaves
  • 2 bunches - Coriander leaves
  • 1 bunch - Curry leaves
  • 1 - Tamarind (remove the seeds)
  • 5-6 - Green chillies
  • 5-6 pods - Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard oil
  • How to Make Podina Chutney:

    1. Make a paste of all the herbs, tamarind, green chillies and garlic pods with salt.
    2. Add a few drops of mustard oil and serve.
