Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Rice Flakes.
  • 2 to 3 - potatoes, boiled.
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped.
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste.
  • 2 to 3 - green chillies, finely chopped.
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder.
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice.
  • 1 tsp - sugar.
  • 1 tbsp - Coriander leaves, finely chopped.
  • 1 to 2 tbsp - Chickpea flour.
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Poha- Aloo Vada

  • Soak rice flakes in water for 2-3 mins.
  • Drain excess water completely.
  • Mash boiled potatoes.
  • Add to the rice flakes.
  • Add all the other ingredients.
  • Make small round balls and flatten them.
  • Fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
