Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Rice Flakes.
  • 2 to 3 - potatoes, boiled.
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped.
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste.
  • 2 to 3 - green chillies, finely chopped.
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder.
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice.
  • 1 tsp - sugar.
  • 1 tbsp - Coriander leaves, finely chopped.
  • 1 to 2 tbsp - Chickpea flour.
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Poha- Aloo Vada:

    1. Soak rice flakes in water for 2-3 mins.
    2. Drain excess water completely.
    3. Mash boiled potatoes.
    4. Add to the rice flakes.
    5. Add all the other ingredients.
    6. Make small round balls and flatten them.
    7. Fry in hot oil till golden brown.
    8. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
