Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rice Poha (puffed Rice).
  • 1/4 cup - groundnut.
  • onion.
  • tomato.
  • dhania.
  • cucumber.
  • chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - Lemon juice.
  • 2 tsp - oil.
  • salt.
  • How to Make Poha Bhel:

    1. Shallow fry the poha in oil. Keep it aside.
    2. Fry dry groundnuts and remove the skin from them.
    3. Cut the onion, tomato, dhania into small pieces.
    4. As an option, you can also add chopped cucumber.
    5. Mix all the ingredients.
    6. Add salt, chilli powder and half lemon juice.
