Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rice Poha (puffed Rice).
  • 1/4 cup - groundnut.
  • onion.
  • tomato.
  • dhania.
  • cucumber.
  • chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - Lemon juice.
  • 2 tsp - oil.
  • salt.

How to Make Poha Bhel

  • Shallow fry the poha in oil. Keep it aside.
  • Fry dry groundnuts and remove the skin from them.
  • Cut the onion, tomato, dhania into small pieces.
  • As an option, you can also add chopped cucumber.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Add salt, chilli powder and half lemon juice.
