  • 2 cups - Poha soaked in warm water.
  • 2 cups - shredded Coconut flakes.
  • 2 cups - Channa flour.
  • pepper and Salt to taste.
  • 1 - small Onion finely chopped.
  • 3 tbsp - green coriander, finely chopped.
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped.
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - chat masala powder.
  • oil for frying.
  • How to Make Poha, Channa Dal and Coconut Pancake:

    1. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a pan, and add onions. Saute for a little while and add coconut flakes and drained poha. Mix well.
    2. Add all the other ingredients and mix it thoroughly.
    3. Turn off the gas and let it cool.
    4. For pancake: Mix the channa flour and the fried mix with a little water until it becomes a soft dough.
    5. Make small rounds of dough and flatten it.
    6. Take large non-stick tawa or pan, keep it on medium heat, spread little oil on it and put pancakes on it. Brown both sides.
    7. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
