How to Make

  • Soak moong dal for 1 hour, drain and grind it to a coarse paste.
  • If its thick poha soak for 10 mins.
  • In a bowl add ground paste of moong dal, poha, green chillies, palak, coriander, sugar, lemon juice, salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients well, do not add water.
  • The moisture in moong dal, and poha is good enough for mixing.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, make small balls out of the mixture, flatten the balls, and fry the vadas in oil. Serve.
