  • 1 cup - leftover Poha
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - Spinach leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - Corn kernels (crushed)
  • 1 Potato (boiled and mashed)
  • 3 Green chillies (finely chopped)
  • salt to taste
  • oil to deep fry

How to Make Poha Pakodas

  • Squeeze out excess water from onion and spinach.
  • Add to poha, along with all the other ingredients .
  • Bind into a soft mixture.
  • Drop small lumps of mixture into hot oil.
  • Deep fry on low till golden and crisp.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
