Ingredients

  • 1 cup - leftover Poha
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - Spinach leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - Corn kernels (crushed)
  • 1 Potato (boiled and mashed)
  • 3 Green chillies (finely chopped)
  • salt to taste
  • oil to deep fry
  • How to Make Poha Pakodas:

    1. Squeeze out excess water from onion and spinach.
    2. Add to poha, along with all the other ingredients .
    3. Bind into a soft mixture.
    4. Drop small lumps of mixture into hot oil.
    5. Deep fry on low till golden and crisp.
    6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
