  • 2 cups - raw Rice
  • 1/4 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1 tsp - Methi seeds
  • soak these ingredients together
  • 1/4 cup - avul (poha) and 1/4 cup - Sago (soaked separately)
  • salt according to taste
  • How to Make Poha Sago Dosa:

    1. Grind raw rice, urad dal and methi seeds together. When nearly done, add the aval and sago. Grind to the consistency of dosa batter.
    2. Ferment the batter for an hour.
    3. Take a non-stick tawa. Smear some oil and make dosas.
    4. Serve with coconut chutney.
