  • 2 cups - raw Rice
  • 1/4 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1 tsp - Methi seeds
  • soak these ingredients together
  • 1/4 cup - avul (poha) and 1/4 cup - Sago (soaked separately)
  • salt according to taste

How to Make

  • Grind raw rice, urad dal and methi seeds together. When nearly done, add the aval and sago. Grind to the consistency of dosa batter.
  • Ferment the batter for an hour.
  • Take a non-stick tawa. Smear some oil and make dosas.
  • Serve with coconut chutney.
