  • Poha - 300gms (a bit thick variety - washed, soaked for 15minutes and squeezed dry) Powdered Jaggery - 3 tbsp Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp Grated fresh Coconut - 3 tbsp Nuts - cashew bits / Badam slivers - dry fried Milk - 2 tbsp A pinch of salt - optional
  • How to Make Poha snack for kids:

    1. Sprinkle milk over poha and keep it for 5 minutes.
    2. Add all ingredients to poha and mix, gently but thoroughly.
    3. Serve it as an evening snack for kids.
    4. This is easy on the stomach and is also filling.
