Ingredients

  • 300 g - Poha
  • 50 g - besan/gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1 to 2 tbsp - Rice flour
  • 1 tsp - red chilly powder
  • 1 chopped, Green chilli
  • Coriander leaves
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger, Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - dry Mango powder/amchoor
  • How to Make Poha Vada:

    1. Soak poha until it is soft.
    2. Mash to a smooth pulp.
    3. Add besan, turmeric, rice flour, red chilli powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste, amchoor and mix the above and form vada out of it.
    4. In a wok, heat oil and deep fry.
    5. Serve with tamarind chutney.
