Ingredients

  • Puffed Rice (jada poha) - 1 cup.
  • Gram flour (besan)- 2 tbsps.
  • Green chillies - 3-4.
  • Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp.
  • Ginger - A small piece.
  • Salt according to taste.
  • oil to fry - 200 g.
  • How to Make Poha Vadai:

    1. Clean and wash the poha and drain all the water. Keep aside for 5 mins.
    2. In the meantime, the cut green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves finely and mix with the poha.
    3. Add salt and asafoetida powder and besan.
    4. Mix well with light hands. Form vadas and deep fry till golden brown.
    5. Can be eaten with any chutney or sauce.
