  • 1/2 cup - pomegranate
  • 1 - medium-sized potato (or 2 small), boiled
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - powdered cumin
  • 2 cups - yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp - powdered sugar

How to Make Pomegranate & Potato in Yogurt

  • In a bowl, beat the yogurt until smooth.
  • Chop the boiled potatoes into small cubes. Add to the yogurt bowl.
  • Add salt, sugar, cumin powder and mix well.
  • Add the pomegranate pearls and mix well.
  • Garnish with pomegranate pearls and mint leaves and allow it to chill.
  • Serve with rice/paratha and dry vegetables.
