How to Make Pomegranate Flavoured Kulfi

  • Boil the milk in a thick bottom pan and reduce the quantity to almost quarter to its original quantity.
  • Add sugar to taste and stir till the sugar has melted.
  • Put off the heat and cool completely.
  • Once cold mix in the pomegranate and stir gently.  Pour into kulfi moulds or any mould of your choice.
  • Keep in the freezer to set
  • To serve: Unmould and serve chilled
