Ingredients

  • 1 cup - fresh pomegranate.
  • 3 cups - yogurt/non-fat curds.
  • 2 tbsps - rock salt.
  • fresh Mint leaves for garnish.
  • A pinch of freshly ground black pepper or garam masala.
  • How to Make Pomegranate Raita:

    1. Beat the chilled curd with a little water to achieve the desired consistency.
    2. Add the salt and pepper and stir.
    3. Then add the pomegranate and swirl it around in the yogurt.
    4. Place the mint leaves in the centre of the bowl for decoration.
