Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup - silken Tofu
  • 1 cup - mixed frozen berries (you can use fresh ones when available )
  • 1/2 cup - Pomegranate juice (use the fresh seeds when available )
  • 2 tsp - Honey
  • Ice cubes

How to Make Pomegranate Smoothie

  • Combine all the ingredients and grind it into a smooth puree.
  • Adjust the honey according to the sweetness required. Usually the sweetness of the pomegranate is quite enough.
  • Adjust the thickness by either adding more tofu or juice.
  • Serve immediately.
