Ingredients

  • 1 - whole pomfret.
  • 1 tbsp - roughly chopped garlic.
  • 1/2 tbsp - crushed peppercorn.
  • 2 tbsp - refined oil.
  • 1 tbsp - light soya sauce.
  • 1 tsp - salt.
  • 1 tbsp - corn flour paste.
  • 1 cup - chicken stock.

How to Make Pomfret Garlic pepper Sauce

  • Dust the fish with corn flour.
  • Deep fry till golden brown and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add crushed peppercorn and saute.
  • Add roughly chopped garlic and saute.
  • Add chicken stock and light soya sauce.
  • Check seasoning and thicken with corn flour slurry.
  • Coat the fish and serve garnished with coriander.
