Ingredients

  • 2 cups - all purpose flour (Maida).
  • 4 cups - sugar.
  • cashews.
  • raisins.
  • Cardamoms (a few).

How to Make Poori Ladoo

  • Make a dough with the flour.
  • Roll out small puris and deep fry the same.
  • Do not add salt to it.
  • Then break pooris into small pieces.
  • Put the broken puris in a blender and grind it to make a fine powder.
  • Then put them in a basin, mix the powdered cardamom, sugar, fried cashews, raisins and a little bit of milk to it.
  • Now mix all the ingredients well and make round-shaped laddoos with your palm.
