Ingredients

  • 2 cups - all purpose flour (Maida).
  • 4 cups - sugar.
  • cashews.
  • raisins.
  • Cardamoms (a few).
  • How to Make Poori Ladoo:

    1. Make a dough with the flour.
    2. Roll out small puris and deep fry the same.
    3. Do not add salt to it.
    4. Then break pooris into small pieces.
    5. Put the broken puris in a blender and grind it to make a fine powder.
    6. Then put them in a basin, mix the powdered cardamom, sugar, fried cashews, raisins and a little bit of milk to it.
    7. Now mix all the ingredients well and make round-shaped laddoos with your palm.
