Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Wheat flour.
  • 1 cup - All Purpose flour.
  • 1 tsp -Chilli Powder.
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala Powder.
  • 1 tsp - Pav Bhaji Masala.
  • Salt to taste.
  • A pinch - Asafoetida.
  • 5 tbsp - oil.

How to Make Poori Pav

  • Make a dough by mixing all the ingredients with water and 5 tbsp of oil.
  • Keep it aside for about 15-20 mins.
  • Make puries and deep fry in oil.
  • Serve hot with sabji, pickle or chutney.
