If you find it watery, microwave it for 1 more minute.
In another microwave dish, mix Part I ingredients well until it forms a dosa - like dough and microwave it in an open bowl for 2 mins. Stir in between
Allow it to cool and blend it in a mixer using a soft blade.
Blend it until it forms a smooth ball.
Now stuff the pooran into the shells made out of rice flour dough and shape into kozhakattai.
Steam it in the microwave in an idli plate for 2 mins.
Before steaming the kozhakattai, dip it in water.
Also after 1 min, sprinkle little water over it to prevent it from breaking.
