Ingredients

  • 1 packet - corn.
  • 1 cup - sugar.
  • 1/2 cup - raisins, cashewnuts, tutti frutti, cherry fruit.
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder.
  • 1/4 cup - ghee.

How to Make Popcorn Laddoo with Dry Fruits

  • In an oven-safe bowl, put the corn kernels, cover the lid and roast for 4 minutes. Microwave for 2 minutes and powder it in a mixie.
  • If the corn powder is 1 cup, take 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and mix the two in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, heat ghee and fry two tbsp of cashew pieces and raisins.
  • Add the fried dry fruits to the corn-sugar mixture.
  • Add the cherry fruit and tutti frutti pieces and cardamom powder.
  • Mix well and prepare small laddoos.
