Ingredients

  • 1 kg - pork, cut into small pieces
  • 3 large - onions, sliced finely
  • 8 - peppercorns
  • 1 tsp - chopped Ginger
  • 1 tsp - chopped Garlic
  • 6 or 8 - green chillies, sliced lengthwise
  • salt
  • 3 tbsp - oil

How to Make Pork chilli fry

  • Boil the pork with a little salt and peppercorns in sufficient water till it's tender.
  • Drain the leftover soup and keep it aside
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions, slit green chillies, ginger and garlic till the mixture turns light brown in colour.
  • Add the boiled pork and a little more salt if necessary and cook on low heat till it is almost dry.
  • Serve it with rice or bread.
