  • 1/2 kg - Pork chops.
  • 2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste.
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar.
  • 2 large - onions, sliced finely.
  • 2 or 3 - green chillies, sliced lengthwise.
  • 2 tbsp - oil.
  • 3 tsp - chilli powder.
  • 1 tsp - spice powder or garam masala.
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder.
  • salt.
  • How to Make Pork chops In gravy:

    1. Wash the pork chops and marinate them with the ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, spice powder, vinegar, chilli powder and salt for about one hour.
    2. Heat oil in a large pan and saute the onions and green chillies for a few minutes.
    3. Add the marinated chops and mix it well.
    4. Simmer for a few minutes.
    5. Add sufficient water and cook till the chops are done and the gravy is thick.
    6. Garnish it with onion rings.
